Adam Rabinowitz, a co-founder of the firm, advises premier clients through the complex and nuanced landscape of commercial real estate law. With an extensive knowledge of business and expertise in, and negotiations of, industry-specific instruments, contracts and transactions, and complex development matters for mixed-use, multi-family, industrial, office and retail developments. Clients include national and regional development firms, institutional investors, and businesses requiring sophisticated real estate representation.
Prior to founding Cohen Rabinowitz, Adam was a share holder at Hornberger Fuller Garza & Cohen from 2018-2023, where he served clients throughout Texas and across the United States. As lead counsel for clients, he oversaw transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1billion. He was also a partner at Golden Steves & Gordon LLP and was an associate with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

- Represented a national real estate investment fund in connection with an urban re-development project in San Antonio
- Oversaw the negotiation of retail and office leases in a mixed-use project in San Antonio
- Represented a New York-based real estate investment trust in connection with the leasing and disposition of retail shopping centers and “big box” assets nationwide
- Led the retail leasing and disposition of retail outparcels in a regional shopping center
- Represented a multi-family developers’ acquisition, development, financing (including Fannie Mae and HUD loans) and disposition of projects, including land use and the formation and negotiation of investment entities
- Acted as lead counsel on the acquisition, development and leasing of numerous industrial projects
- Worked on behalf of a national insurance company in connection with the disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant investment properties
- Handled the acquisition of a marquee office and retail project in San Antonio
