Jared has worked as a transactional real estate attorney for over ten years, focusing on the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial retail, medical, and multifamily projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Jared worked as in-house counsel for two national developers providing legal support to the real estate, design, and construction arms of the companies to take projects from initial site selection to final disposition of a completed asset. In doing so Jared gained exposure to diverse legal challenges and project types located in over twenty different states.
Practice Highlights
• Drafting and negotiating a programmatic Build-To-Suit lease development agreement and lease in connection with the multi-state expansion of a publicly traded retail tenant.
• Drafting and negotiating a development agreement with a regional health care network for the development and construction of community hospitals and medical office buildings for a planned regional expansion.
• Negotiating and finalizing loan and financing agreements to secure a construction loan for the construction of a 115,000 square foot pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with a total development cost in excess of $50 million.
