Julie has over thirty years’ experience representing clients in complex real estate transactions, focusing on real estate finance matters, commercial leasing and investment acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Cohen Rabinowitz, Julie was a solo-practitioner and served as In-House Counsel to The Situs Companies in Houston, Texas.
