Krystal Finnegan

For over a decade, Krystal has represented clients in complex real estate transactions. Her experience includes representing clients on multiple aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving raw land, office, retail, mixed-use, multi-family, self-storage and industrial projects, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, facilities and property management agreements, and construction and general contractor agreements. Her clients have ranged from global developers and local financial institutions to privately held entities and individuals.

Prior to joining the team in 2024, Krystal practiced with a prominent real estate law firm headquartered in Houston, Texas and prior to that she was in-house counsel for a leading global real estate developer and a Texas community bank, where she provided forward-thinking strategy and comprehensive and practical solutions for commercial real estate transactions, operational matters and related business functions.

  • Represented a global developer in the acquisition, development and disposition of several multifamily properties across the United States.
  • Represented a national single family rental property manager in the acquisition of multiple single-family rental and build to rent portfolios across the United States.
