Molly represents clients incomplex real estate transactions, focusing on shopping center, office andindustrial leasing. Prior to joining Cohen Rabinowitz, Molly was with the firmof Golden Steves & Gordon LLP in San Antonio where she represented a regionalsupermarket chain in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of numerousgrocery stores and grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout Texas and thenegotiation of documents related thereto, including but not limited to purchaseand sale contracts, declarations, site development agreements.
